If a club qualifies for either flavor of Europa but then goes on to qualify for Champions League by winning either the CL or EL, that spot they earned in either of the Europa's is vacated. That is to say, you must earn a spot in Europa by meeting the criteria outlined above. Nobody fills a vacated spot if one or more of these permutations come to pass. There a few permutations about winners of the Champions League and the Europa League and such, but the important thing to remember is twofold: In the event that both domestic cup winners are in the top 5 (or top 6 for the LC), then 6th goes to Europa group and 7th goes to Europa Conference playoff round.
